■ About the product
- Does the ramen sold online taste the same as the one in the restaurant?
- We deliver the noodles, soup, and ingredients used in our restaurant, so you can easily enjoy the same taste at home.
- How to boil noodles for hot pot products.
- If there is not much soup left or you do not want the soup to be thick, we recommend either pre-cooking the noodles separately or thawing them in the refrigerator and rinsing them under running water before using (to wash away any flour). The soup will taste better if there is plenty of it. Adjust the amount by adding reserved soup, seasoning sauce, or hot water.
- I'm worried about whether I can make it well.
- Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to make; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles. If you add your own favorite ingredients that aren't included in the kit (such as raw vegetables or a boiled egg), you can create a bowl of ramen that rivals the one you get at the restaurant! If you even customize the ramen bowl to suit the restaurant, it will become an AFURI experience. Try it with confidence.
- I'd like to know the trick to boiling noodles properly.
- 1. Use the noodles frozen.
2. Use plenty of hot water (2 liters or more).
3. Boil each ball individually if possible. (If this is difficult, increase the amount of water as much as possible.)
4. Boil over high heat without boiling over.
*If your pot is small and the amount of water is small, we recommend rinsing the frozen noodles quickly in water to remove any flour on the surface before boiling. - I'm worried about allergies.

- We have added nutritional information (per serving) to our ramen/tsukemen product pages. The information shown is based on consuming the entire ramen soup or tsukemen dipping sauce. Please use it as a reference.
- Requests such as "I want this product."
- Please feel free to contact us. This service has just started. We would like to listen to as many requests as possible from our customers and create even better products and services. Requests can be made in the comments section when placing an order or through the CONTACT form.
■ About orders
- Is it okay if the orderer and the shipping address are different?
- Yes, it's OK. After entering your delivery address on the shopping cart screen, we recommend that you check " Different from delivery address" in the orderer information section and then enter your address.
- What payment methods can I use to shop online?

- Can I use points and coupons together?
- Due to system reasons, points and coupons cannot be used at the same time. Please see here for how to use points.
- How can I use the coupon?

- I would like it to arrive on a specific date a little further in the future. Is this possible?
- Yes, it is possible. You can specify a delivery date and time up to 15 days in advance. Please specify your desired date and time when placing your order.
- I accidentally placed multiple orders. Can I combine them?
- We can accommodate most payment methods except for some. Please contact us using the inquiry form with your order information.
- When will it arrive?
- We usually ship within 2-3 days after receiving your order (and payment).
- Can I specify a delivery date and time?
- Yes, you can specify this when placing your order. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request depending on your residence and payment timing.
- I placed an order, but I haven't received a confirmation email.
- There are two possible causes. The first is that the email you received has ended up in your spam folder. Please check your email on your screen. The second is that you entered the wrong email address. In this case, you will not receive any emails from the system regarding payments, etc. If you are unsure, please contact us using the inquiry form .
- I would like to know the shipping cost.
- All ramen and miscellaneous items (excluding umbrellas and room temperature items) are shipped nationwide for a flat rate of 1,000 yen. Shipping is via Kuroneko Yamato's refrigerated delivery service (frozen). We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible. Please note that shipping is free for purchases totaling 8,000 yen or more, so we encourage you to buy in bulk or share your purchases.
- I would like to know the tracking number for my package.
- We will send you a tracking number via email when your item is shipped.
- I would like a receipt.
- When placing your order, please let us know in the comments section. If you have already placed your order, please contact us using the inquiry form .
■ Other
- I haven't received an email after placing my order.
- If you are using a mobile carrier email address, you may not receive emails from us due to spam filters or settings that block emails sent from computers. Please make sure that you can receive emails from the [@afuri.com] domain.
- Is a delivery note included?
- Please be assured that no detailed invoices or delivery notes showing the price will be included with the product, even if you are purchasing it as a gift.
- Can I pick up my order in-store?
- Pickup is not available at AFURI stores. We will ship your order to the address you specify via courier (refrigerated).
- I made a mistake in my registration information and would like it corrected.
- You can change your registration from the My Account page.
- Do you provide review services?
- Customers who leave a review with their thoughts on the product or a message for AFURI will receive a coupon code (15% off) that can be used on their next purchase.
- I don't know how to write a review.
- You can easily do this by clicking the "Write a review" button at the bottom of each product's details.
- Can you provide gift wrapping services?
- We will provide simple "inner wrapping" for gift items. If you wish to have the gift wrapped, please write the sender's name and desired type of wrapping in the comments section when placing your order.
