Ramen soup (spicy red)
Karakurenai's signature product is now available as a standalone soup.
AFURI's proud clear chicken broth is seasoned with a richly flavored white soy sauce, and the dish is enhanced with different types of chili powder, fresh chili puree, and aromatic chili oil, all of which combine to create a deep, spicy flavor.
It can also be used as an additional soup for various AFURI hot pot products!
The spiciness of the soup with the included spicy red powder is about level 4 on the restaurant's level scale (0-8). If you add the extra spicy chili oil that comes with it, you can adjust the spiciness to about level 5-6.
[Recommended] Add yuzu for a delicious, spicy and sour taste!
Add freshly squeezed yuzu juice from Kochi Prefecture (sold separately) to enjoy a delicious, spicy, and sour taste! (Approximately 15cc per 1 piece.)

You can also enjoy it as rice porridge by pouring rice and beaten eggs into the soup and simmering it in a pot.
Serve with green onions or chicken char siu, if desired.

■ About the product
We deliver the noodles, soup, and ingredients used in our restaurant, so you can easily enjoy the taste of our restaurant in the comfort of your own home.

Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to prepare; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles. If you add your own ingredients that aren't included in the kit (such as raw vegetables or boiled eggs), you can create a bowl of ramen that is just as good as the one you get at the restaurant! If you even match the ramen bowl to the restaurant's version, it will be an AFURI experience. Try it with confidence.
