<New Year's Eve Ramen & Yuzu Salt Ozoni Set>
For those who want to spend quality time with AFURI on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
A special New Year's ramen that tastes like soba noodles, made with AFURI's proud clear chicken soup, a refreshing soy sauce sauce, and rich duck oil. The topping is roast duck, which is made by carefully preparing duck meat, seasoning it only with seaweed salt and black pepper, and then grilling and cooking at low temperature in a vacuum. It is also garnished with grilled green onions, which have become sweeter as the weather gets colder, and are grilled to give them a fragrant finish.
If you like, sprinkle the dried yuzu peel that comes with the package on top before serving. If you like spicy food, we also recommend the optional "All-Purpose Spicy Miso (Yuzu Spicy Red Sauce)."
You can choose from two types of noodles: "Extra thin noodles with whole wheat flour" and "Extra thin noodles with Japanese pepper." The staff recommends the latter, with Japanese pepper. It tastes even more like soba noodles. If you choose "Mix," you will receive two servings of each.
Yuzu Shio Ozoni The soup is made with dashi stock made from bonito flakes, grilled flying fish flakes, kelp, etc., and is finished with refreshing freshly squeezed yuzu juice and yuzu peel. Please enjoy with the cute red and white shiratama mochi and hanafu. Like the ramen, this is a handmade product that does not contain any chemical seasonings, preservatives, or colorings.
*The photo is for illustrative purposes only. Please prepare the condiments such as green onions and mitsuba separately.

FAQ
■ About the product
We deliver the noodles, soup, and ingredients used in our restaurant, so you can easily enjoy the taste of our restaurant in the comfort of your own home.
This information was written in the instruction manual included with the product, but since we have received many questions about this, we have also included it on the pages of each major product. If you require more information, such as about contamination, please contact us using the CONTACT form .
Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to prepare; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles. If you add your own ingredients that aren't included in the kit (such as raw vegetables or boiled eggs), you can create a bowl of ramen that is just as good as the one you get at the restaurant! If you even match the ramen bowl to the restaurant's version, it will be an AFURI experience. Try it with confidence.
