The fragrant noodles kneaded with yuzu puree are homemade flat noodles with an irresistible chewy texture! This is a special soupless noodle [available only online] that is served with AFURI's proud salt sauce, mellow fragrant oil, and freshly squeezed yuzu juice. This is a hearty soba noodle dish that also contains a generous 70g (per serving) of chunky braised pork.
It's simple, yet surprisingly rich in flavor and absolutely delicious!
After you finish the noodles, you can add more rice to the sauce for a double delicious taste!
Please enjoy our mail-order-only "Yuzu Shio-ae Soba" that you can't get at the store. It tastes even better if you add aromatic vegetables such as green onions and shiso leaves in addition to the toppings that come with it.

AFURI's ramen and tsukemen are free of artificial seasonings, synthetic colorings, and preservatives.
② Thaw the salt sauce, flavored oil, and braised pork in boiling water.
3. Boil the noodles in plenty of boiling water ( 8 minutes ).
4. Drain the boiled noodles and rinse them under running water to remove the slime and tighten the noodles.
*You can enjoy this product without having to rinse it in water and then reheat it in the microwave.
⑤ Transfer the noodles to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and heat for 1 minute 20 seconds (600W ).
⑥Add salt sauce ( about 2/3 of it ), flavored oil, and yuzu juice to the warm noodles and mix well.
*Do not use the entire salt sauce, only use about two-thirds of the bottle. Use the remaining amount as desired with your final dish of rice.
⑦ Arrange the braised pork and other ingredients on top, sprinkle on toppings and chopped seaweed, and you're done! We also recommend topping it with spring onions, shiso leaves, coriander, etc., if you like!

After you've finished eating the noodles, add the salt sauce from step ⑥ to the sauce left in the bowl, add a moderate amount of rice, mix well, and enjoy!
