The roasted pork is a symbol of AFURI. The offcuts (the parts that cannot be roasted) that are generated during the preparation process are cut into large chunks and cooked in a special seasoning of rich soy sauce and garlic, until scorched and fragrant.
This addictive taste is perfect as a companion to alcoholic drinks!! And if you serve it in a rice bowl like in the reference photo and top it with grated daikon radish and yuzu ponzu sauce... you can make your own original rice similar to the popular "Aburi Koro Char Siu Rice" that is also popular in our stores.
This is a great value barbecued pork dish because it uses leftover material. However, the amount we can prepare each day is limited, so please forgive us if it is sold out.

▼How to eat: If heating in a water bath, place the bag in boiling water and heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
(It will heat up faster if you loosen the bag once during the process.)
- If using a microwave, transfer to a plate, cover with plastic wrap, and heat for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
(This may vary slightly depending on the capacity of your microwave oven.)

Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to prepare; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles. If you add your own ingredients that aren't included in the kit (such as raw vegetables or boiled eggs), you can create a bowl of ramen that is just as good as the one you get at the restaurant! If you even match the ramen bowl to the restaurant's version, it will be an AFURI experience. Try it with confidence.
