It's great for making a luxurious assortment for the family, or as a side dish to go with alcohol or rice for 1-2 people.

AFURI's ramen and tsukemen are free of chemical seasonings, synthetic colorings, and preservatives.
▼How to eat
1 Grilled pork (1 piece x 3 bags)
2 pieces of braised pork (70g x 3 bags)
3. Fatty pork (60g x 3 bags)
4. Scorched Hajikko Char Siu (120g x 3 bags)
For the above four items, place them in a hot water bath or container, cover with plastic wrap, and then heat them in the microwave before eating. The center of the braised pork fillet/scorched pork fillet tends to remain cold, so it's easier to warm them up if you break them apart halfway through. Also, please note that if you heat them too much, the meat will shrink and become hard. If you like, you can enjoy them with the included "Char Siu Sauce for Adjusting Flavor."
5. Chicken char siu (1 piece x 2 bags)
It is cooked at low temperature in a vacuum oven to keep it moist. Thaw it in the refrigerator, or if you are in a hurry, defrost it under running water, then slice thinly with a sharp knife and enjoy. *If you want to warm it up, we recommend basting it in hot water at about 50-60°C.

■ About the product
We deliver the noodles, soup, and ingredients used in our restaurant, so you can easily enjoy the taste of our restaurant in the comfort of your own home.

Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to prepare; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles. If you add your own ingredients that aren't included in the kit (such as raw vegetables or boiled eggs), you can create a bowl of ramen that is just as good as the one you get at the restaurant! If you even match the ramen bowl to the restaurant's version, it will be an AFURI experience. Try it with confidence.
■ About orders
Due to the specifications of AmazonPay, the [Shipping Address] in the order confirmation email may be the same as the [Billing Address].
