This product is made by finely grinding the by-products (chili pepper powder, fried onions, and garlic) that are produced when making super spicy chili oil and mixing them into the chili oil. Enjoy the mellow aroma of burnt herbs and the stimulating spiciness.
Not only can it be used to add spiciness to ramen, but it can also be used in a variety of dishes, including gyoza, stir-fried vegetables, grilled meat, miso soup, and instant noodles. It's also perfect as a spiciness for our popular hot pot products (Yuzu Shio Nabe / Spicy Red Nabe Kit)!
