This is a single serving of homemade noodles for refills.
In addition to two types of domestic wheat with different characteristics, it is made with durum flour and nutritious whole wheat flour. These are kneaded in a vacuum mixer and then kneaded by hand to create AFURI's special "vacuum hand-kneaded noodles." The smooth and chewy texture is perfect for ramen and tsukemen.

▼How to eat・For ramenBoil in plenty of boiling water. The recommended boiling time is 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes.
・For tsukemen, boil them in plenty of water, just like ramen. The approximate boiling time is It takes 4 minutes 30 seconds to 5 minutes 30 seconds. Once boiled, drain in a colander and rinse thoroughly under running water to remove any slime. Depending on your preference, you can finish by rinsing in ice water to make the noodles firmer.
