Fresh pork belly is marinated in a special fruity soy sauce and slowly cooked at a gentle temperature to create a braised pork dish. This juicy pork cutlet locks in the flavor of the meat and is used in all of our tsukemen products.
In addition to adding extra ingredients to your ramen or tsukemen, we also recommend the "meat rice" as shown in the photo. You can also warm it up and enjoy it as a snack!

▼How to eat: If heating in a water bath, place the bag in boiling water and heat for 2 to 2.5 minutes.

Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to prepare; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles. If you add your own ingredients that aren't included in the kit (such as raw vegetables or boiled eggs), you can create a bowl of ramen that is just as good as the one you get at the restaurant! If you even match the ramen bowl to the restaurant's version, it will be an AFURI experience. Try it with confidence.
