Salt-flavored ramen (3 servings)
The lifeblood of AFURI's ramen is its golden soup. Carefully selected ingredients such as fresh chicken carcasses, whole chickens, aromatic vegetables, kelp, and dried sardines are simmered in pure, soft water that is perfect for preparation. The special salt sauce is a blend of seasonings such as Guérande salt from Brittany, France, seaweed salt from the Seto Inland Sea, and white tamari salt that is brewed in wooden barrels and naturally fermented. The combination of these ingredients creates a soup with a deep, umami flavor.
As with AFURI physical stores, you can choose from two types of noodles: "extra thin noodles made with whole wheat flour" and "vacuum hand-kneaded noodles."
Extra thin whole wheat noodles:
The original recipe is based on wheat flour, which has strong elasticity and stickiness and is resistant to stretching when boiled, and two types of whole wheat flour with different grain sizes, plus rye. Homemade noodles made using a No. 24 cutting blade.
Vacuum hand-kneaded noodles:
In addition to two types of domestic wheat with different characteristics, nutritious whole wheat flour is mixed and kneaded in a vacuum mixer, then hand-kneaded to give it a smooth and chewy texture.

We deliver the noodles, soup, and ingredients used in our restaurant, so you can easily enjoy the taste of our restaurant in the comfort of your own home.

Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to prepare; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles. If you add your own ingredients that aren't included in the kit (such as raw vegetables or boiled eggs), you can create a bowl of ramen that is just as good as the one you get at the restaurant! If you even match the ramen bowl to the restaurant's version, it will be an AFURI experience. Try it with confidence.
