AFURI's proud chicken clear broth is seasoned with a richly flavored white soy sauce, and various types of chili powder, fresh chili puree, and aromatic chili oil are used to create a deep spiciness with different characteristics. Freshly squeezed yuzu juice from Kochi Prefecture is used to add a sour taste to the "Tasty Spicy Sour" dish.

The noodles are the same as in the actual store . "Extra thin noodles with Japanese pepper" " "With Japanese pepper" You can choose from two types: "vacuum hand-kneaded noodles" and "noodles with a simmered sauce."

Extra-thin noodles with "sansho pepper":
These noodles are made from wheat flour, which has a strong elasticity and stickiness and is resistant to stretching when boiled, and are cut into extra-thin noodles using No. 24 threads, with the addition of Japanese pepper and Japanese sansho pepper. You can enjoy the refreshing aroma and tingling sensation of the sansho pepper as you slurp.

"With Japanese pepper" Vacuum hand-kneaded noodles:
Two types of domestic wheat with different characteristics are mixed with durum flour and kneaded in a vacuum mixer. The special noodles are hand-kneaded with added Hana Sansho pepper and Japanese Sansho pepper, and are characterized by their refreshing tangy flavor and smooth, chewy texture.

The bowl is decorated with ingredients that have been painstakingly prepared, such as soft and tender pork slices that are rich in collagen, and crunchy bamboo shoots seasoned with dashi. Add green onions, mizuna (coriander also goes well with this dish), boiled eggs, etc. to your liking.

The spiciness level is about level 4 on a scale of 0 to 8. If you add the extra spicy chili oil that comes with the dish, you can adjust the spiciness to about level 5 or 6.

▼How to eat (delicious recipe included)
(Preparation) Fill a bowl with boiling water to warm it up. Thaw the yuzu juice in advance under running water or in the refrigerator, then float it in the water and warm it up.

1. Boil plenty of water in a pot and heat the soup pack for about 10 minutes, the char siu pack for 5 minutes, and the bamboo shoots for about 1 minute.

② Bring a large amount of water to a boil in another pot and add the noodles. Once the noodles have loosened up naturally, spread them out with chopsticks and continue boiling over high heat for 1 to 1.5 minutes (2.5 to 3 minutes for vacuum-kneaded noodles with sansho pepper) until they are cooked to your desired firmness.

3. Discard the water from the heated bowl and add 1 tablespoon (approximately 6g) of spicy red powder. Then pour in the soup heated in step 1 and mix. Next, drain the boiled noodles thoroughly using a strainer with a handle and add them to the bowl.

④ After arranging the noodles with chopsticks, top with the ingredients you heated in Step 2. Shake the heated yuzu juice well and pour in one bottle (15cc). Finally, add some spicy chili oil to taste and it's done.

In addition to the ingredients that come with it, we recommend mizuna, cilantro, shredded scallions, green onions, and boiled eggs.
