The noodles are made from wheat flour, which has a strong elasticity and stickiness and is resistant to stretching when boiled, and are cut into very thin noodles using No. 24 milling, with the addition of Hana Sansho and Japanese Sansho pepper. You can enjoy the refreshing aroma and tingling sensation of the Sansho pepper as you slurp it.

Two types of domestic wheat with different characteristics are mixed with durum flour and kneaded in a vacuum mixer. The special noodles are hand-kneaded with added Hana Sansho and Japanese Sansho pepper, giving them a refreshing tangy flavor and a smooth, chewy texture.
The ingredients, such as the soft and tender pork slices full of collagen and the crunchy bamboo shoots seasoned with dashi, are carefully prepared to decorate the bowl. Add spring onions, mizuna (cilantro also goes well with this dish), boiled eggs, etc. to taste.

▼How to eat (delicious recipe included)
(Preparation) Fill a bowl with boiling water to warm it up. Thaw the yuzu juice in advance under running water or in the refrigerator, then float it in the water to warm it up.
1. Boil plenty of water in a pot and heat the soup pack for about 10 minutes, the roast pork pack for 5 minutes, and the bamboo shoots for about 1 minute.
② In another pot, bring plenty of water to a boil and add the noodles. Once the noodles have naturally loosened, use chopsticks to spread them apart and continue to boil on high heat for 1 to 1.5 minutes (2.5 to 3 minutes for vacuum-kneaded noodles with Japanese pepper) until cooked to your desired firmness.
③ Discard the water from the bowl and add 1 tablespoon (about 6g) of super spicy red powder, then pour in the soup heated in ① and mix. Next, drain the boiled noodles thoroughly using a colander with a handle and place them in a bowl.
④ After arranging the noodles with chopsticks, top with the ingredients you heated in step ②. Shake the heated yuzu juice well and pour in one bottle (15cc).
5. Add some homemade coarsely ground chili pepper to taste and it's done.
If you feel the product is not spicy enough, please use the "super hot oil" included in the product. (Please note that it is very spicy.) In addition to the ingredients that come with the product, we also recommend other ingredients such as mizuna, coriander, shredded green onions, green onions, and boiled eggs.
