Yuzu salt ramen
This soup is full of the delicious flavors of chicken and seafood, with a refreshing yuzu aroma. Its light yet deep flavor is truly AFURI's signature dish. You can easily enjoy the taste of the restaurant at home.
Yuzu soy sauce ramen
This bowl is an exquisite blend of the refreshing aroma of yuzu and the mellow, rich soy sauce soup.
The flavors pile up with each bite, and the more you eat, the more you can feel the depth of the flavor.
Yuzu hot soup noodles
This is an addictive bowl that combines the spiciness of chili bean paste and red chili peppers with the aroma and acidity of yuzu that is unique to AFURI.

These extra-thin noodles are made from wheat flour, which has a strong elasticity and stickiness and is resistant to stretching when boiled, and two types of whole wheat flour with different particle sizes.
These special dried noodles were created after numerous trials and have a unique blend that cannot be replicated anywhere else.

We use no artificial seasonings and only carefully selected ingredients such as chicken bones, aromatic vegetables, kelp, and dried sardines to bring out the full power of the ingredients. Enjoy the deep flavor of the soup, woven together from multiple layers of high-quality ingredients.

▼How to make delicious ramen ① Put plenty of water in a pot and heat it. Once it boils, add the noodles and boil until they reach your desired firmness. (You can loosen them with chopsticks halfway through the cooking process.)
Hardening: 2 minutes / Basic: 2 minutes 30 seconds
2. Put the included soup into a bowl, add 270ml of boiling water and mix well.
3. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them using a colander, transfer to a bowl, and top with yuzu peel to serve.
★You can add char siu, boiled egg, mizuna, seaweed, etc. to your liking to make it even more delicious!

Cooking Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add the noodles, and cook to your desired firmness (loosen the noodles with chopsticks as they cook).
- Firm: 2 minutes / Standard: 2 minutes 30 seconds
- While the noodles are cooking, mix the included soup packet with 270ml of boiling water in a bowl.
- Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and place them in the bowl with the soup. Garnish with the included yuzu peel and enjoy!
Optional: Add chashu pork, boiled eggs, mizuna greens, or seaweed for an even richer experience!

Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to prepare; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles. If you add your own ingredients that aren't included in the kit (such as raw vegetables or boiled eggs), you can create a bowl of ramen that is just as good as the one you get at the restaurant! If you even match the ramen bowl to the restaurant's version, it will be an AFURI experience. Try it with confidence.
