We will be selling roast duck meat separately, which was very popular as an ingredient in our year-end "Toshikoshi Ramen." The duck meat is carefully prepared, seasoned only with seaweed salt and black pepper, grilled on a hot plate, and then vacuum-cooked at low temperature.
The rich red meat flavor unique to duck and the mellow, mellow fat are not too heavy. It can be used as a topping for ramen or tsukemen, as an ingredient in salads, or as a drink accompaniment. After thawing, slice thinly with a sharp knife and enjoy.

How to eat roast duck
- Thaw in the refrigerator in the refrigerator defrosting pack and then thinly slice using a sharp knife.
- Thaw under running water while still in the thawing pack, then thinly slice using a sharp knife.

Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to prepare; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles. If you add your own ingredients that aren't included in the kit (such as raw vegetables or boiled eggs), you can create a bowl of ramen that is just as good as the one you get at the restaurant! If you even match the ramen bowl to the restaurant's version, it will be an AFURI experience. Try it with confidence.
