"Shoyu Kake Ramen" features a trinity of layers of the aroma of chicken, seafood, and soy sauce. The base soup is a clear chicken broth, like the Yuzu Shio Ramen, made with fresh ingredients, brewed water, and carefully skimmed off the scum. The soy sauce sauce, which they are proud of, is a combination of rich, flavorful tamari, luxurious re-brewed soy sauce, fragrant raw soy sauce, and fish sauce, finished with a subtle hint of ginger.
It can also be used as additional soup for various AFURI hot pot products!

Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to prepare; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles. If you add your own ingredients that aren't included in the kit (such as raw vegetables or boiled eggs), you can create a bowl of ramen that is just as good as the one you get at the restaurant! If you even match the ramen bowl to the restaurant's version, it will be an AFURI experience. Try it with confidence.
