This is a deliciously spicy bamboo shoot used in AFURI Karakou products.
This original AFURI Karakou flavor takes 3 days to make, from salt removal to seasoning. It is carefully cooked using seafood stock, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, etc.
The spicy flavor is achieved by using an original blend of chili powder, fresh chili peppers, and chili oil. The crunchy texture and flavor of the dashi stock make it the perfect topping for ramen or tsukemen. You can serve it over rice as shown in the photo, or just eat it as a snack.
Three bags of 100g. Enjoy it in a variety of ways.

Don't worry. AFURI's meal kits are easy to prepare; all you have to do is heat up the delicious soup and ingredients and combine them with boiled noodles. If you add your own ingredients that aren't included in the kit (such as raw vegetables or boiled eggs), you can create a bowl of ramen that is just as good as the one you get at the restaurant! If you even match the ramen bowl to the restaurant's version, it will be an AFURI experience. Try it with confidence.
